Pets

So there you are ... we've gone and done it! Our first pets. And the kids' faces say it all! The drive from Gramps & Grammy's house was mercifully 'uneventful', if you know what I mean, and the critters have now established their hq in the garage. We have already learned that the neighbor's dog is not welcome in the garage. As for names ... there haven't actually been any permanent labels attached yet, but they are currently doing business as 'Pitch' and 'Patch' and so far have not raised a stink about it. (Well, no objections anyway!) They're about 6 weeks old now, and seem to be warming up to their new friends and surroundings.

They really are kinda cute when they're little!
